9. It's things like this that make me detest the whole concept of "seme" and "uke" with the entirety of my being. People see a character who looks moderately effeminate and completely IGNORE every goddamn thing about his personality because "OMG FEMMY = UKE = CRIES AND IS RAPED ALL THE TIME, LOLOL" Keep your skewed heterosexual stereotypes out of my yaoi, plzkthnx.

44. bluhhh, as a general rule, 'how to draw' books are a waste of money. In my personal experience, practice is far more useful than instructions in books. Just pick up a pencil and sketch something, I am sure your friend will appreciate it even if it isn't the best thing ever.
