23. I could actually go into a discussion on the theories of crime and punishment used in Phoenix Wright. Unfortunately the punishment system for those using classical and neoclassical crime theory was normally pretty harsh, as they never took the criminal's mental state/other circumstances (like being forced into doing something) when committing the crime into account.
