See, I'd understand if people assumed the worst about the way he tells stories. (I actually like his movies, though, but I guess that's beside the point. I understand that people who don't like them don't want his style in their fandom.)

What I don't understand is why people assume there's going to be an all-caucasian cast with a director who isn't even caucasian. And, honestly, is it so hard to wait until after he screws up to start complaining?
