No, some kids with a couple year age difference trying to have a romantic relationship is not pedo. (Maybe stupid, but not pedo.) No, drawing pictures of cartoon characters as sexy adults is not pedo. (Really damn weird in some cases, but a pretty clear indication of non-pedo-ness would be the "Sexy Adults" part of that sentence. Pedos lust for children, not adults that used to be children. People who lust for adults who used to be children are called... um... people.)
