I'm going to address the different parts of the secret - don't hate women, ship wars are stupid, there isn't anybody who can do no wrong, if you don't like reading mpreg - don't, if you don't like reading genderbending - don't, if you don't like reading dubcon - don't (if you do like reading mpreg, genderbending, and/or dubcon, there isn't anything inherently wrong with any of them though they, like anything else, can be written badly, with ill-intent, or dubious motives).

I'm not sure what aspects of the Fandom Secrets culture you think are pre!racebending or pre!strikethrough. Too permissive? Not permissive enough?

There are a fair number of older users, but also a fair number of younger users, too (unless you think everyone over 22 is old, then, yeah, there are a lot of us). A lot of users didn't like the AoU romance and not many users are cool with whitewashing, so that gets a "Huh?" from me. The Felicia Day thing is probably fair though.

If you don't like Fandom Secrets, um, well, you don't have to be here. If you're disappointed with it, maybe submit secrets you want to see and try to start conversations you want to be part of. If you want to stop coming, but can't bring yourself to, maybe find something else that gives you what you need.
