I know this exact scenario has been happening in the Ereri, Elsanna, and Wincest tags at least, but it sounds like there are even more going on around.

Honestly the best thing to do is ignore each user who spams. Ignoring everyone so that fans neither see nor talk about the spamming honestly improves the tag so much, and it really only takes all of .5 seconds to click the ignore button in the first place. (Because fans complaining about the tag spam in said tag can get just as annoying very fast.)

It's annoying when people clutter up tags with their negative shit, but just block the offending users. Then you won't see their posts anymore. Or if anything, ask them to stop by sending them a non-anonymous message. If they act like shits, then block them. And if they're being really offensive, report them to Tumblr.

I really wouldn't recommend doing that thing with the side blog but I understand why you want to. I've often been absolutely disgusted that these people who harass and bully people and even go as far as wishing death on them or tell them to kill themselves aren't experiencing any consequences for their shitty behavior.
