I can usually brush it off because it's supposed to look cool, but I always appreciate it when characters on a heist or in a fight get their hair out of the way. Like I was rewatching the first three episodes of Leverage, and Parker always puts her hair in something that's kind of like a hair net when she's on a heist, which I appreciated as a rare moment of realism in television.

I really liked that too! And she didn't use it much later, but that made sense too; when she worked alone she would sneak in and sneak out and have her hair wrapped up the entire time...but when she started working with the team, she'd usually con her way in, have under a minute to do the actual theft, and then con out...and it would be weird for the intern she was playing to have her hair in a hairnet or whatever.
