I sort of get you: I used to hate Chilton so much (because he was such a sexist douchebag in the books and the movies) and wish Hannibal would kill him already, but Esparza!Chilton was so fun that he grew up on me. So yeah, assholish character, awesome actor.

gosh, i always thought chilton was super delightful in his horribleness. i mean, his comeuppance was such a sure thing that i just went full-on with the loving-to-hate. such a troll. i love that convo he has with clarice about women not knowing their place.

i have no clue how raul's been doing as chilton lately because i've only watched up to episode 10 of s1/have since avoided this show like the plague, but i'm sure he's GLORIOUS
