I follow quite a few (none fandom related)! My job involves a lot of plowing through graphic design jobs, so I listen to most of them during the day.

This American Life - Stories, stories, stories and fascinating interviews! I've had a lot of good times with this show.
Radiolab - FOR SCIENCE
99% Invisible - Wonderful little segments about design aspects you rarely think about.
The Bugle - Brilliant assholes telling you about the condition of the world
Roderick on the Line - less brilliant assholes telling you about the condition of THEIR worlds
You Bet Your Garden - this is just about the dorkiest thing, and it's so charming to listen to. A gardening radio show based around Pennsylvania.
Night Vale - You probably know that one

The Mental Illness Happy Hour is probably my favorite of them all. The host interviews people suffering with/living with/recovering from all kinds of mental illnesses, and also reads from anonymous surveys filled out on his website. The weekly nature of it has been a rock for me lately, and I can't even begin to describe how much I appreciate this show's existence. Word of caution, many of the episodes can be crude and graphic, so if you have any major triggers you'll want to tread carefully.
