Actually, you maybe could.

You'd have to find someone with the right coloring, two someones (say, an egg and sperm donor) with the right coloring would up your chances, especially if their families also had that coloring.

On the other hand, they're are making so much progress in genetic research, I'm pretty sure designer babies are pretty close to possible, though I don't know how legal it will be (I do know how distasteful I find it).

But that seems like an awful lot of work and expense, either way. How about you just dye your own hair and call it good?
