no, sorry! though you're the third person to guess it so I assume it's the iconic fake orgasm scene which is the only thing from the movie that I actually remember (I only watched part of it)

here is a hint if you want one:

the expression on the face of the character on the right is really important. He is reacting to something (more than just a weird fake orgasm. ok, that was kind of probably really embarassing, but it's totally different from that.)

I tried to make the makeup on the left character very conspicuous. It occurs to me that people think I drew it like that just to indicate that the character is a woman. It's actually important in and of itself, though (and I wouldn't do that to indicate a woman - I'd probably just draw hair)
