Serious kudos for being a determinator! (And five and a half miles? Geeze, you are hardcore) I used to hate working out until I started doing it. I don't do it for very long or very hard (certainly not five and a half miles) but I try to stick to a schedule.

It's my current distance record! It took me a little over an hour and a half, which works out to about seventeen minutes to the mile and is a damn good speed for me (I have a bad knee). I'll probably feel a little regretful tomorrow, but right now I'm still all endorphined up.
