Seriously though what movie am I looking at? It looks like it's initiation ritual hazing rather than bullying hazing (not that it isn't bullying, but that the victims sign up for it/'earn' a place in the little society instead of just being driven further and further out by rampant meaningless cruelty.), so depending on what it is and how it shakes out, I might find it interesting rather than triggering, even if OP had troubles with it.

It's Animal House. It's definitely initiation rather than bullying, and also they are the Asshole Frat. Also, it's a comedy, and very much played that way.
