Entry Point (http://archiveofourown.org/works/181105), and Blue of the Distance (http://archiveofourown.org/works/198203) are part of a larger series, but they stand alone pretty well from what I remember; they're the most action-oriented parts and therefore my favorites, but the whole thing is worth reading. There's also Test To Destruction (http://archiveofourown.org/works/225405) by the same author.
At Home In the Sea (http://archiveofourown.org/works/248940), is for me the perfect blend of a budding relationship and sheer professionalism. Call In the Cleaners (http://archiveofourown.org/works/245420), a short piece after a job goes wrong, Origins (http://archiveofourown.org/series/7965), a whole series about Eames and Arthur as former soldiers, Antimony (http://archiveofourown.org/works/332776), which is just this monster of...everything, and Synergy (http://airgiodslv.livejournal.com/565343.html), a crossover with Criminal Minds.
And this is just giggle porn, I ran into it while looking for the rest and I feel like the world should know of it: Untitled (http://archiveofourown.org/works/171341).
Now if you'll pardon me, I'll be reading this shit all night.
