I don't know. I've seen less than a hundred people in showering situations, and most of those were locker rooms.

To pee, at least. Storytime!

One time, during girl scout summer camp, I really needed to use toilet in the middle of the night. I couldn't wake up any of my tent-mates to go with me because it was two in the fucking morning and that would be rude. (Definitely not because it'd be an admission of me being scared of the dark. Why would you suggest that.) So I grabbed my flashlight and walked down the incredibly long and dark trail to the outhouse that was about a minute away during the day. When I got there, I decided I couldn't actually use the outhouse because as soon as I'd sit down on the toilet a ghost would grab me and pull me through the hole. Obviously (fucking Ghostbusters: The Animated Series). So I decided to go outside. In the wood. In the dark. THIS WAS NOT THE SMARTER CHOICE. Nothing bad happened, but still.

And that's why I can't pee in the shower.

Tldr; Ghostbusters and summer camp trauma.

I used to think a toilet vampire would bite my butt when I went to the bathroom at night. I don't know where I got that idea, but I was terrified.

Peeing in the woods is super fun though. I love it. You should doing it during the daytime and maybe you'll be less scared by the idea?

There was this comic in Disney Adventures magazine once about a kid who went to the bathroom late at night (and also was dressed up as a spork for some reason? I don't know, this was a loooooong time ago and I was very young) and got dragged down into the toilet into the Kingdom of Toilet Monsters and put in a zoo and forced to battle a, like, ridiculously evil poo and for years afterwards I was terrified of going to the bathroom late at night.

I used to pee in the shower, until I moved to this place and it's fucked-up slow drain. Even I'm not so gross as to stand in my own pee.

C'mon. If you're willing to swim in a public pool for a few hours, don't pretend like spending a few minutes with your feet marinating in your own urine is the worst thing ever :P
