Look, I'm not a big fan of words being used incorrectly, either, but I'm pretty tired of people going "But I'm just irrationally ~scared~ of gay people, you can't judge me for that" when called homophobic even though they know exactly that's not the way the word is used anymore.

the thing is, it's still hard to say it's trans hate when both sides are calilng themselves trans and intending that to mean positive.

By either definition that's odd.

Yes, because I put the needs of dysphoric trans people over the feelings of cis people who want to use bun pronouns and think they can just ~be trans~ if they ~feel like it~.
