Chris Hemsworth is Thor for me. Same with the dude who plays Steve Rogers (I can't remember his name, wow.)

I actually prefer Andrew Garfield as Spider Man over Toby Maguire (mainly because of Spiderman 3.) And the actress alongside Garfield (shit I forgot her name too) is an absolutely adorable Gwen Stacy.

None of the actors who've played Batman so far have really owned the role.
And it's a tie between Jack Nicholson's Joker and Heath Ledger. They're both interpretations of the character that I love.

Eartha Kitt for Catwoman, forever and always. <3

(This is totally a fan thing, but ever since I watched Xena as a kid, I would have loved to see her as Wonder Woman.)
