My abusive mother found Christ again. Now she's trying to save my soul :D (Yes, she actually told this to me, word for word.)

I didn't have the heart to ask, "from what?" It was just pathetic. I'm going to guess it has something to do with the fact I'm not affectionate with her and pretty much avoid a lot of contact with her due to her past behavior and treatment of me. Oh, and the fact I have zero interest in church. But whatever. That's way worse than beating the shit out of your children and blaming them for all your life's problems and stupid decisions, and pushing your responsibilities onto them, expecting them to carry the burden of any consequences that come your way, taking their money, invalidating their feelings and gaslighting them when they complain, and then living your life like none of that ever happened, and still acting entitled to some kind of payback from them for all the years you spent being a shit to them, right?
