People charging for custom content.
People putting pay custom content on a site where everyone can download it for free.
People starting drama over the past of the creator of a big fansite.
EA putting an anti-piracy software on their games has been messing up games and even computers.
People becoming BNFs by posting crap.
Storywritter BNF gets criticism, and she and her fanpeople get their panties on a twist.
EAGames makes a stuff pack with H&M clothes, people call EAGames a sell out.

Okay see I was totally overlooking that. I had a totally different definition of wank. (Or I just ignored it, I download very little CC and SecurROM didn't mess with my laptop, I didn't even know I had it until someone made a passing comment that it came with Deluxe.)

People becoming BNFs by posting crap.
Define "crap." Do you mean legacies? If there were any BNFs in this fandom (which I don't see), they'd be senzastelle, skittlebox, rainbowflyer, simplicist, and rockitha and they're stuff is good.

Again, don't download much CC so I don't see CC makers as BNFs, I see legacy challenge writers as BNFs because that's what I do.

This girl is INSANE. First of all, her sim soap opera isn't actually all that good. Secondly, she's super insane over her characters. Thirdly (and this is the hilarious part) she thinks she created the whole "brooding, troubled musician" character. I remember an incident where someone who had never even read DP had made a gothic looking musician and posted his pictures on the main Sims 2 community. This made our heroine very angry, because she was OBVIOUSLY copying from her and she sent her fanbrats to go over and flame the poor girl.

That's just the incident I know of, I'm sure there's a million more just like that. The girl act like a 12 year old. Which is fine if you're 12, but not when you're in your late 30s.
