Probably not, though mainly because Gotham takes place much earlier.

Then again they're shoving Renée Montoya fromGotham PD in there so who the fuck knows at this point.

Hmm...I didn't realize it took place during a different time period than Arrow. Or even that Gotham PD was going to include Renee Montoya; I'm so behind on news. (I love Renee! Not sure about the show though...)
