That's not even the half of it. It doesn't help that's I'm not allowed to put a rewards and punishment system in place. It's fucking anarchy.

What? That's stupid. Are you allowed no form of control? Have these people never met the under 6 crowd?

Because it's not "real school" so... because reasons. I have the feeling they haven't met that crowd, nor do they care.

I literally have no control and it's wearing on me. I'm getting out as soon as I can.

What's the rationale behind that?

Divert! Because apparently you can "divert" a four year old from calling another kid a bitch. Apparently. I don't know.

The rational is, "It's not real school like kindergarten."

"Here, call this plush toy a bitch instead"? o.O

More like, "How about instead of calling people that bad word let's play with puzzles."

...Which... makes no fucking sense.

Yeah, maybe I'm crazy, but that tactic sounds more like rewarding bad behavior than "diverting" from it.
