You need to rewatch those scenes Mari never kissed her friends because she gets some sexual satisfaction or something from those kisses. She always does it to apologize to them. Seriously, it was pretty obvious that Mari doesn't see kisses like most people do. She doesn't think much of them, she knows that they make Moe happy and when she needs to make Moe happy, she kisses her.
