I know rape fantasy is just that, and I try not to judge people for it, but the pokegirl setting just made everything so methodical and detailed, it was like reading the design documents for an actual pokemon game.

I dunno if they ever got it to full game, but I know pokegirl cards of quite a decent level of quality got circulated at cons. There were fans with real money behind it as well as just the usual rape fanboys. There really was a whole new level of freakiness over it, with some participants encouraging the use of actual real girls in the fans lives as models for art and fic. I would be entirely unsurprised if there was some escalation to real world rape there.

so essentially some guys made some doujinshi but it was bad because they were guys. and rape fantasy = real life rape or something like that.

I don't think it ever got anywhere near the actual game stage, I do remember seeing the cards at cons though, so it at least got to the point that someone or a group tried to turn it into a card game. Although the cards actually cut out a lot of the creepier aspects of the universe as it mostly just focused on drawings of sexy monster girls. Most of the really weird stuff was in the fanfiction, or the forums where posters would talk about revenge fantasies where girls in their life were transformed into pokegirls and they "tamed" them.

I dunno what the other poster is talking about, whilst I know some of the pokegirl community got kicked out of some anime cons for perving on female pokemon cosplayers, I don't think anything ever actually escalated into actual rape. Not as far as I know anyway.
