Wow, hot pics, not going to lie. I don't watch Teen Wolf (the "Teen" in the name made me lose any potential interest) but I'd consider watching it if there is enough gay or super gay subtext. Is this show recommended for a slash fan? I pretty much only see "waah stupid fangirls they so not gay" secrets on F!S (which is 100% my source of info on this show) - so being totally fair. Gay? Subtexty gay? Is it worth watching for someone into slash?

I'd recommend it for a slash fan, but keep in mind the vast majority of the fandom only cares about the Stiles/Derek subtext. There are other pairings that probably have a stronger subtext presence in the show.

There's barely any Derek/stiles subtext tbh it doesn't even come in until season two when the fandom got so big the writers forced it. Season one fans pretty much took Scott/Derek interactions and imagined stiles in Scott's place.

Not at all. Some of us do think Stiles and Derek had chemistry and subtext in S1. It was minor, but we saw it. Fans all see shows differently so please don't speak for everyone.

I'm very happy with it. There's a canon gay character who actually has a relationship in this past season and there's subtext for other characters too. Some people don't see the chemistry between Stiles and Derek. Neither one is canonically gay (although there are hints that Stiles is bi) but I think they have great chemistry and enjoy their interactions. They are the juggernaut pairing of the fandom, but there are plenty of other characters to enjoy and ship.
