I BASICALLY ALWAYS SEARCH FOR SWATCHES BEFORE BUYING BECAUSE COLORS AREN'T ALWAYS 'TRUE' TO HOW THEY LOOK IN THE BOTTLE.

Well this won't help much with the online aspect of nail polish buying, but it might help you find colors you like! I've used ebay in the past to buy individual colors I couldn't find in stores; it works really well. You can often find people who will ship your polish for free, too, so that's nice!
