What I don't get is how we are suppose to trigger warn for a word.

Like I get trigger warning for rape. If I start talking about rape then it'll be tagged tw:rape or in a second comment or whatever. how are you expected to warn people who are triggered by the word itself? like "tw:a word that might be triggering"??
