Naruto-Such Twist Much Plot (spoilers)

Plot"twist", Madara had Rin become a keeper of a tailed beast and had her killed to drive Obito to the 'dark side'. I guess that makes him Palpatine to Obito's Anakin. Naruto ninja Jesus' Kakashi a new eye, Kakashi waxes on about how Naruto still wants to be Hokage even though he's surpassed them, wonders what Sasuke's new dream is, and Sakura. Oh Sakura. Because shipwars will never die the Narusaku people think it means Sakura doesn't love Sasuke anymore, where the SasuSaku people think it means she does. Basically he says her feelings have changed, but she still has feelings for him and thinks she has to be the one to save him from darkness.

As soon as I read those panels about Sakura's feelings for Sasuke having changed I knew there was going to be ship wank. I'm going to avoid Naruto fandom as much as possible - narusaku vs sasusaku can get pretty unpleasant.

Is his new eye plain or does it have Sharingan? So much for my hopes of eyepatch!Kakashi. And this whole shit with Naruto being able to just give Kakashi an eye is ridiculous.

Can't say I give a shit about who loves who. The shipwars might be fun to watch.

Regular eye. Naruto explains it as taking a part of Kakashi and forming a new out out of it.

...Thus making ALL of Sakura's training completely and utterly pointless and rendering her useless again.

Also, I'm not fond of the third party perspective waxing on about how ammmaaazing the MC is, just in case I missed it or am not reacting the way that the author would like me to. And how does everyone but Sakura know how her heart is working at any given moment?

(Also, I would like to thank you for braving the miasma of... er... plot to bring back this report. I gave up ages ago, but I sincerely admire your intestinal fortitude.)

You're welcome! It's also funny you should say that, since a few chapters back Sai was commenting on Sakura's feelings for Sasuke, too. Sakura hasn't had much to say or do for quite some time.
