Do you know what initiating means? I suspect you don't know what it means. Apparently you think it means rape, which kind of indicates you've either never actually been in a relationship or are a moron.

Initiate just means make the first move, right? As in, hey, are you interested, in the mood, leaning forward to kiss, whatever.

Yup, exactly. So I have no idea what the anon above is talking about.

Every kiss, cuddle, or subtle "I want you" cue doesn't have to turn into sex, but it lets your partner know you're interested if they are in that moment. Low libido =/= never touch them in an affectionate/romantic way ever.
