Kinda with Beatrix Potter, I love her books but I've never seen any discussion of them on the internet(granted I haven't started a discussion either) so it's more that I don't really know if they are popular. And it's not like they aren't know about over here it's just that they are very much seen as kids books and expressing like of them as an adult can get you strange looks(in the sense of 'Didn't you grow out of them?' which my reply is always 'Talking animals. Of course not!').

The Tale of Peter Rabbit is hella popular. You could totally find people to talk about it with! Maybe I will have a discussion on childhood books for all of the people who want to share theirs!

Ahaa, I wasn't sure but I'm glad to know that it's well liked. Hell yeah childhood book discussions are always good.

I read them when I was a kid, had books and toys and such. I don't really remember much about them though.

I've got so many of them on my bookshelf, easily one of my favourite book series as a kid and I still love them.
