I used to think like that

Way back in my own eating disorder days. That's the disease talking. It's all wrapped up in your head, this messed up idea about looks and weight and worth and value of a person. Right now I'm sure recovery and thinking about body positivity at any size is horrifying, but really recovery and being happy with yourself is ultimately so much better than the unhealthy life of an anorexic (or any eating disorder).
