my point is their parties are no different, and everyone's acting like singer's parties are proof he's guilty.

Okay, fair enough. FWIW, I think the accuser is sketchy. But I do think that while the party background isn't proof of anything, a lot of people do see it as smoke (as in, 'where there's smoke, there's fire').
