Yeah it did.

and even if a girl did come by hiding from someone, SAC anime's response was to not tell ANYONE that could have stopped it and just bitch on tumblr about it.

It was the most ridiculous thing, no matter whether the girl existed or not, the tumblr poster from SACanime was in the wrong. Either they let a potential pedophile go free or they made up a story abuse child molestation for notes and attention.

Actually, they proved it wasn't. Bronies were screaming that it was faked from the get-go to protect their own.
