Yes, OP. That's the illness talking, but I'm sure you already know this deep inside the logical part of your brain.

There are many ways of working on this. Eat for nutrition, not for calories, because your body is a machine you need to cherish with the proper fuel. Look after your body with massages, body creams and clothes that fit your current weight, whatever it is right now.

Avoid women's magazines and advertising images that seep that unhealthy body image into your head (models are freakish outliers, by their nature, and not a body type something most people should aspire to). Find ways of measuring your self-worth in ways that have nothing to do with how you look, like voluntary work.
