Yupp, just make them beforehand then pack applesauce and all the other awesome things you want on top and bring them with you. Also we are talking german pancakes here so they are more like crépe (though thicker) and it's nice and easy to roll up your favorite ingredients inside and eat them by hand... now I am making myself hungry. Also, how about baking something delicious tomorrow? Or finding a good friend to bake you something delicous to eat :).
