Price of course. Research the neighborhood if you are unfamiliar with it (crime rate and such). Make sure you know if you want furnished or unfurnished. Check water pressure! Crappy water pressure is something you can get used to but it still sucks a lot. Make sure everything is clean and well taken care of. Doesn't need to be new but should look like an effort was made. Make sure you know what size (how many rooms, whats size kitchen, and bathroom) beforehand.
