Mentally, I would get the fuck rid of my anxiety. It seems amazing and marvelous to me that some people just DO things without worrying about them constantly and fretting over every small thing imaginable, and checking everything ten million times to make sure it's perfect and freaking out about every small forgettable mistake, and I'd be interested to try it.

Though it's interesting to wonder what I'd be like without anxiety.

Physically, I'd move my jaw forward slightly. It's set a little far back and blocks my windpipe sometimes. It's dangerous (it's hard to breathe when I'm sleeping) and I don't like the look it gives my face. Every other physical aspect, I can fix if I work hard enough, but I wasn't fond of the proposed treatment for my jaw (namely, breaking it and wiring it shut until it set in the right place) so I didn't bother.
