I'm with you in this boat. Welcome to Night Vale sounds like something that would be right up my alley but between the batshit crazy and openly rabid fanbase and happening across a quote from the creators detailing what kinds of people shouldn't consume their work, I can't bring myself to pick it up.

I'm not into the source material, so I don't think that I bookmarked it. Sorry!

If it helps, it was part of some sort of interview... but I don't even remember if it was just the creators answering fan questions or a formal interview with an interviewer.

I just remember thinking that even though I wasn't a member of any of their unwanted groups, I didn't particularly want to exchange ideas with them either.
