Father’s rights group want shared parenting (equal custody) to be the default if both parents want custody and neither parent is unfit.

Michigan NOW's colossal misreading of the bill aside, the bill's primary problem is that it runs afoul of Michigan's legal system which is generally stacked against women. http://www.michigandaily.com/article/invisible-women-michigan-womens-justice-clemency-project

Men want an end to the justice system favoring women simply because they are women, and giving men harsher sentences simply because they are men.

The article you linked does not corroborate this. The justice system has profound issues, yes, but it's stacked much more against women and minorities than anyone else. Women often go to prison for killing abusive husbands in self-defense. Meanwhile men can shoot a woman and get off scot-free. http://www.mysanantonio.com/news/local_news/article/Jury-acquits-escort-shooter-4581027.php

Feminists fought against this by trying to suppress evidence showing that half of domestic violence is done by women, by threatening the researchers with bomb threats, death threats, etc. They succeeded of course and now we have the Duluth model!

Evidence?

Men want female rapists to be arrested, charged, and convicted with rape. In Western countries, women are rarely punished when raping men, due to the biased legal system. In some countries, women cannot be punished when raping men, since rape is defined as a male-perpetrated crime.

The bias is due to the perception that men can't be raped because they should enjoy it.

Feminists fought against this in India.

Are you aware of the serious issues with rape in India? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rape_in_India
http://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/Forced-intercourse-in-marriage-not-rape-Delhi-court/articleshow/34978292.cms

Feminists fought against this in Israel.

Again, rape is something of a cultural issue http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/06/06/nissim-yeshaya-israeli-judge-some-girls-enjoy-being-raped_n_3391281.html

And the law as described in the article you linked seems to have some odd wording and does not feel complete. Nevermind the fact that, again, the justice system in Isreal is stacked against women like many, many other places.

Also, don't forget the insane amount of gang rapes+murder committed in India. Women also end up being arrested for being raped in the ME because if they aren't, there's a good chance their family will murder them for honor. I know it's trendy to hate Feminism, but it really is needed.

You aren't always on-point, but that was good. Kudos.

Also I love how they brayed out female rapists in Western countries and then cited two examples from India and Israel. Internal logic what internal logic?
