Couldn't find the link before but here's what started the discussion among my friends (and they all agreed with):

They seem to focus on the sex aspect which seems to be missing the point anyway since apparently the issue is about people having kids, which isn't necessarily going to happen even if they have more sex (birth control is a thing that exists!).
