Adding my voice to the people suggesting checking out another counselor if you're in a situation where you are able to do so.

I also sympathize with your situation. I love playing video games, but I'm not particularly skilled and it makes me very anxious when a game shows or tells me that people will suffer or be hurt because I wasn't able to complete a task. The first game I actually ever finished playing was a point and click called The Longest Journey where you couldn't screw up and couldn't die. To this day, I often find myself playing games that are similar in that they don't have harsh penalties for messing up or they don't let you mess up really.

I wish you the best of luck with everything.
