I wouldn't assume that. I don't have any triggers, but I form strong associations really easily. If I did have PTSD, it wouldn't surprise me if some of my triggers were weirdly specific and seemingly innocuous to other people.

Clarification

First off, that's a lot of real triggers. Emphasis on real. Triggers aren't normal healthy functioning. They are a bad thing and it sucks that people end up having traumas that cause triggers. I am not disrespecting the concept.

Here's the thing though. A vast majority of the time, it's not somebody like elephant asking people (probably folks they already know) to tag.

It's usually somebody far more bombastic who comes at you all angry about it. This to date has been what I've encountered. People being very upset at you for not knowing that somebody, not even them mind you but somebody, could be triggered by this non-obvious triggered thing that we should have known was an obvious trigger thing. And that is ridiculous.
