So, they announced new fall shows.

I’m pretty interested in Aquarius (NBC) [David Duchovny stars as a Los Angeles police sergeant in the late 1960s who is tracking a small-time criminal and budding cult leader who turns out to be Charles Manson. This complicated undercover operation leads Duchovny's character and his young partner to the brink of Manson's crimes that will eventually lead to the infamous Tate-LaBianca murders.] And I might check out one of the 60s set astronaut dramas: Astronaut Wives Club (ABC) or Mission Control (NBC).

I feel I have to at least check out Marvel's Agent Carter (ABC) [Captain America's Hayley Atwell as the titular agent as she finds herself marginalized when the men return home from fighting abroad in 1946. Working for the covert SSR (Strategic Scientific Reserve), Peggy must balance administrative work with secret missions for Howard Stark all while trying to navigate life as a single woman in America, in the wake of losing the love of her life..] As far as other comic book stuff, Constantine (NBC) and Gotham (Fox) look somewhat interesting to me.

I will watch NCIS: New Orleans (CBS) and see if I like it as much as the other two. I don’t really know what to think about The Odd Couple (CBS) [Friends alum Matthew Perry and Reno 911!'s Thomas Lennon will star in the modern take on Neil Simon's 1965 Broadway play about polar opposite roommates. Tannenbaum. Sarah Baker, Lindsay Sloane, Georgia King and Wendell Pierce will also star.]

I will check out American Crime (ABC) [The personal lives of the players involved in a racially charged trial are examined as their worlds are turned upside-down. Felicity Huffman, Timothy Hutton, Penelope Ann Miller, Richard Cabral, Johnny Ortiz, Elvis Nolasco, Benito Martinez, W. Earl Brown and Caitlin Gerard will co-star.] if for no other reason than Timothy Hutton. And then there’s Battle Creek (CBS) and Stalker (CBS). Also, How to Get Away With Murder (ABC) [A sexy, suspense-driven legal thriller about a group of ambitious law students and their brilliant, mysterious criminal defense professor (Viola Davis) who become entangled in a murder plot that will rock their entire university and change the course of their lives.] looks like it might be good. And, Red Band Society (Fox) [A group of teenagers meet as patients in the children's wing of a hospital and become unlikely friends and allies in this comedic young soap. Dave Annable, Octavia Spencer, Griffin Gluck, Charlie Rowe, Brian Bradley, Rebecca Rittenhouse, Ciara Bravo, Nolan Sotillo and Zoe Levin will star.] might be worth watching.

Although Madam Secretary (CBS) [A drama about the personal and professional life of a maverick female Secretary of State (Tea Leoni) as she drives international diplomacy, wrangles office politics and balances a complex family life. Tim Daly, Bebe Neuwirth, Geoffrey Arend, Patina Miller, Erich Bergen and Katherine Herzer will also star.] seems a little on the nose, I will probably take a look.

iZombie (CW) [A med student-turned-zombie (Rose McIver) takes a job in the coroner's office to gain access to the brains she must reluctantly eat to maintain her humanity, but what happens when she starts inheriting the corpse's memories? With the help of her medical-examiner boss (Rahul Kohli) and a police detective (Malcolm Goodwin), she solves homicide cases to quiet the disturbing voices in her head. Veronica Mars' Rob Thomas and Diane Ruggiero will write and executive-produce the project, based on the DC Comics series. Robert Buckley, David Anders, Nora Dunn and Alexandra Krosney will also star.] looks, well, really weird, but weirdly appealing, too.

Galavant (ABC) [Handsome Prince Galavant (Joshua Sasse) is on a quest for revenge against the king (Psych's Timothy Omundson) who stole his one true love (Mallory Jansen) in this fairy-tale musical. Dan Fogelman will write and executive-produce with Oscar-winning composer Alan Menken writing the music. Vinnie Jones, Karen David and Luke Youngblood will also star.] sounds… different. Then, there’s Forever (ABC) and The Whispers (ABC).

So, quite a few to look forward to for me (although I can't say I saw any must-see sitcoms), how about you guys? Any of the new shows look intriguing to you?

I'm not sure I could accept a new Odd Couple.

Nice to hear David Duchovny has a new show.

Much as Gotham interests me, I refuse to watch anything on FOX, for fear that I'll get attatched to it (like I did Dollhouse and Almost Human) and have FOX cancel it mid - season like they typically do with sci - fi shows (and yet, crap likke American Idol gets renewed *sighs*)
