I once saw an article on Cracked where the author ranted about the commenters who'd criticized his previous article. One of those commenters was called PuddleofAIDS. I don't think I've seen anything worse than that.

Anything that builds a romantic connection with a character or actor, really. Things like mrs_snape and lokis_girl give me endless secondhand embarrassment.
