Russian martial artist in the park video

I'm trying to find a video wherein a security camera (?) catches a guy being overly aggressive in his flirtations and the girl wants none of it. Then another pair of women walk up the path and one of them winds up putting him on the ground so she can escort the first woman away. It was a gif a while back, too.
