Why do we care about what one person thinks? Especially one person who you can make an easy bet of doing a 180 down the line once she/he comes across a cuisine she/he can't resist. (It happens to everyone. EVERYONE.) If they are of European heritage, you can bet Chinese food or Japanese food is going to do them in. If they are of Asian heritage, Italian or Greek food with probably be their Achilles' heel.

Especially if they are American. It is almost impossible for them to stick to one cuisine for the rest of their life in this country. The food we have here is already so mixed.
