What's really odd is that this didn't really become a problem until about ten years ago. Prior to that, I ate chocolate and consumed a number of brownies since that was the treat of choice after marching performances. I've tried to eat chocolate a few times since then, and the texture reminds me of mud between my toes (which makes any post-indulgence complications even more annoying).
