16. ...Erm...you're referring to the manga, right? :D;;; I think the anime was nice in its own light ~~if you consider it like an AU~~, but they screwed with way too many things from the original story for me to be able to appreciate it that much. If you haven't read the manga...you must. o_o; Seriously, the story is much deeper and more meaningful, you learn a lot more about the characters and their back stories/relationships...it's truly beautiful.

18. HELLZ YEAH! Me too~ XD I looooooooove height differences. They're especially fun to play with from an artistic POV and I love experimenting with ways to draw two people like that together. XD It's fun! (It also shows a lot in my OTPs, though honestly that doesn't have much to do with why I like a pairing, quite a few of my favorites have it... Fakir/Ahiru *points to icon*, Chrno/Rosette (where the height difference switches! XD), Otani/Koizumi, Arima/Yukino, Douyouji/Makino, Loki/Mayura (manga, mostly) ... Yeah. XD <333 Buuuut, I don't think I'd ever find a really tall guy, either. :/ At least fandom can placate me.

23. I loved that series. Both the manga and the Live Action. I guess an ending like that is just too much to hope for, though. :/ ~~But hey, that's true with most fandoms.~~ Nonetheless, I hope things work out for you and that you get your happy ending too. ^^ Don't give up hope!

no, i haven't read the manga. i can't afford it - i own the first two, but short of going to the store and sitting there for hours i don't really have a choice.

besides, i really liked the anime. it's not wrong to like something for being what it is, not what it should be, even if it was meant to be. its like people who like the harry potter movies. they're terribly off from the books, but as movies they're fine.

i love the cc manga art, though, and besides immortal rain its the only series i'm actively collecting.

Ah, I'm not saying it's wrong. You like what you like. It's just my opinion that if you liked the anime, you'd love the manga in its entirety (it keeps getting better as it goes along). Like I said, I don't mind the anime either (I bought all of the DVDs for it), but I look at it apart from the manga. It DOES follow for awhile, somewhat, but then it goes off into its own course. That's what tended to confuse me about the two.

If at all possible though, I still recommend the manga if you can ever save up for the last six volumes. It's really worth the investment.
