I actually tried rereading the manga after making this secret. It's a bit too fluffy to really hold up on a reread, but it was good for a first read. (Call it appropriation if you want, but I think writing about the religious traditions of a culture you don't belong to allows some interesting latitude in adapting and repurposing them--the reinterpretation of Genesis in Jeanne is pretty dang clever, comparable only to the one in The Legend of Koizumi.)

I just enjoy silly fluff, so I probably wouldn't mind a reread! Maybe if I can find it on the intarwubz somewhere. To the googles!
