I'm mostly thinking of anytime the 'Famous Person/Fashion Model Wears Blackface' topic comes up, and how the majority of comments on any major news site on those articles will be things like 'I don't see what the big deal is, it's not like it's offensive.'

Obviously I think if you're looking at young people on tumblr most know that blackface is racist, but progressive websites =/= Western English-speaking society.

Well, if a famous person goes to a Halloween party in drag, I don't think there would be any objection.
