I'm not ever that into Harry Potter, but I took the Pottermore quiz and got Hufflepuff. Seeing as its personality based, I'm a little offended at being called mediocre, OP.

I'm a Puff too. It bothered me at first, but the more I talk and think about it, the more I realize it fits me perfectly, and the ideals of Hufflepuff were never actually explored in the books.

I was between Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw and I think that in a lot of ways... to me, I think how I am is more of a Ravenclaw, but I'd like to be more a Hufflepuff than I am. Because to me, those ideals are the ones that really matter.

I don't think that's really true. For one thing, any set of ideals isn't an exclusive one. For example, most of the heroes we see in Gryffindor are very loyal, even though that's a "Hufflepuff ideal". Hermione, of course, is smarter than most Ravenclaws. It's about balance and finding the one that resonates with you the most, I think, and you can be a good person or a bad person in any House.

I just thought it was funny how they're the most likely to "have friends in every house" or something, and my very best friends got Slytherin.
